Many persons have the wrong idea of what constitutes true happiness. It is not attained through self-gratification but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.
The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt within the heart.
When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us.

I saw a TV show the other night and it was showing Jamiaca and showed the boat rides we took. The boat rides came about by Aero Flynn. (Don't know how to spell his name, but he was a famous actor back in the 40's.) The people were using the boats to transport their bananas up the river. They called them banana boats. Flynn gave them the idea to use them to transport people and could see it as a way to make money off the tourists. I thought that was interesting to find out. I sure enjoyed the ride, didn't you?
