My adventure in Jamaica

So soon after moving to Salem, my friend's mom decided to plan a trip to Jamaica. It was announced in Relief Society that whoever wanted to go should call her and the more people we had, the cheaper the flight and hotel because we could get a group rate. I immediately called her up and my mom decided she wanted to go also. I had a great time, these are some of the pictures. Among all the wonderful things we did, going to church with these people was at the top of my list. They were humble and kind, just the type of LDS people we all should be. This little bit of travel gave me a small taste of the world and now I would like to travel to every country.

Yes, going to church with the humble Saints of Jamaica will always be #1 on my list of favorite things I did in Jamaica. Most interesting is seeing you in the barber shop. (Black barbers tolerating you - a white girl - in their space.) How funny was that?
Or maybe it was River Rat taking you on tour of the market place and kissing your hand at the end. I've seen very unusual things when I've been with you. I could name more! :)

Gary found Jamaican Lemon Pepper in the spice isle and I bought it. It tastes great on vegetables, fish, etc. You might want to try it.
